How ECZACT — Elite Creators for Data and Technical Solutions Ltd. — collects, uses, and protects personal data across eczact.com and related business systems.

ECZACT provides premium software sourcing solutions — custom software, cloud integration, and enterprise security — for organizations across the GCC and Middle East, headquartered in Giza, Egypt. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data across eczact.com and related business systems.

1. Who we are (controller)

2. What data we collect

  • Website & contact: name, business email, company, message content, and technical logs (IP, user-agent) for security when you visit eczact.com or email us.
  • Client engagements: business contact details and information you share when we scope or deliver a project.

eczact.com does not offer account sign-in, social platform connections, or content upload features. If a specific ECZACT product (for example, Performancify, MUEMEN, Ascend, or adaskill) collects additional data once launched, that product will publish its own privacy terms covering that use.

3. Why we process it (lawful basis)

  • Consent — you choosing to submit our contact form.
  • Contract / pre-contract — responding to your inquiry and scoping or delivering services you asked for.
  • Legitimate interest — securing our website and business systems.

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@eczact.com.

4. Sharing

We share data only with our email delivery provider (to send and receive contact-form messages) and our hosting provider that keeps eczact.com online. No data brokers, no ad networks, no sale of personal data. A list of sub-processors is available on request.

5. Cookies

6. Storage & security

  • Transit: HTTPS everywhere (HSTS in production).
  • At rest: contact-form submissions are relayed to us by email and are not stored in a database by eczact.com.
  • Access: limited to ECZACT staff who need it to respond to your inquiry.

7. Retention

  • Contact inquiries — retained only as long as needed to respond to and resolve your inquiry, then deleted or archived where we have a legal reason to keep a record.
  • Server access logs — kept for a limited period for security purposes, then deleted.

8. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Email privacy@eczact.com — we respond within 30 days.

9. International transfers

eczact.com is hosted on servers we select for reliability and performance, which may be located outside your country. Where that involves a transfer of your personal data, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection.

10. Children

Our website and business systems are B2B and not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly process children’s data.

11. Changes

Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after that date means acceptance.
